Tribal Villages
Keeping Culture and Languages Alive

When you walk into the Indian Summer Tribal Villages, you’ll experience sights and sounds proudly preserved by the Oneida, Ojibwe, and northern woodland tribes of the Menominee and Stockbridge-Munsee. Walk through the wigwams or longhouse and learn about the foods and medicines, or stop to hear native speakers and storytellers give voice to our oral traditions.
We invite you to experience a sampling of how the First Americans of this region adapted to the land, and gain a better understanding of the unique differences that make each of the Wisconsin tribes represented who they are.
