Village Green
Again committed to provide quality green programming, Indian Summer Festival will partner with Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful to impart ways of living within our means on mother earth. The Village Green is an all family area with storytelling, special art and ecological demonstrations, as well as free “trash art” activities for children.
Don’t forget to drop of your used clothing to our Oneida clothing exchange program. You are welcome to take what you need and what is left will go up to our Wisconsin northern Indian reservations for redistribution as a free and critical human service.
While you shop, learn and craft, please try our solar fruit smoothies brought to you by Future Green!

Clothing Exchange Benefits Those in Need

To benefit northern Wisconsin Indian Tribes, come and donate a bag of used clothing (and take one home if your needs warrant) at the Oneida’s Clothing Exchange Program kiosk in the Village Green. All remaining clothing will go back to Wisconsin’s northern reservations and fulfill tribal member needs. Clothing donations prior to the festival are kindly accepted at Southeast Oneida Tribal Services (SEOTS) (414) 329-4101, 6820 W. Wedgewood Drive, Milwaukee.
