Randy Smith was a detective for the City of Milwaukee Police Department who passed away unexpectedly in July of 2016. He is remembered as a dedicated law enforcement officer and generous provider of his time and energy to his family, friends, and the community. Randy was a member of the White Earth Ojibwe nation in Minnesota and a long time member of CIRCLE who’s mission is to provide support to Native American youth. We celebrate his life through giving to provide scholarship funding for youth in partnership with Indian Summer Festival.
